Judge dismisses charge against ex-Good Samaritan University Hospital nurse Amanda Burke

We are thrilled to see justice prevail in a case charging our client with endangering the welfare of a child in Suffolk County. These charges should have been dismissed months ago by the District Attorney when we presented to them all the information now relied upon by the DA's Office to dismiss the charges. Yet, the DA waited until the first day of trial to take the appropriate action to end our client's nightmare.
