Samantha F. Kobor

Samantha Kobor has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney.  Prior to joining RCGA, Ms. Kobor was an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where she advised clients in white collar defense and investigations, securities litigation, and complex commercial litigation matters.  Ms. Kobor previously served as an extern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement Division and the Center for Justice Innovation.  She earned her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2022 and holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
